Lucky wishes to attend a dance with Two-Tone, but ends up with fleas, and he tries to get rid of them. However, Mooch wants to make Lucky fail so Two-Tone will be his girlfriend again, so he tries to spoil Lucky’s friends’ attempts at getting rid of them.
